We book appointments around residents and tenants, arrive with photo ID and capture everything in one visit. For housing providers we can record the EPC and the stock condition survey in the same appointment, which halves the number of times residents are disturbed.

Every visit is logged in our Survey Programme Management System with timestamped, GPS-tagged photographs, so you can check the work without a revisit.
