Stock Condition Intelligence That Drives Better Asset Decisions
Strata delivers structured stock condition surveys that give asset managers, housing associations and local authorities the data they need to plan, fund and execute capital works programmes with confidence. Every survey captures Decent Homes Standard, HHSRS hazards, component lifecycles and energy performance in one coordinated visit.

Component & Lifecycle Data
Detailed component condition with remaining-life modelling. Output formats that integrate with Keystone, Northgate, Civica and other asset management systems.
Energy Performance Capture
RdSAP energy data captured at the same visit, supporting EPC issue, MEES compliance planning and retrofit prioritisation under PAS 2035 frameworks.
Resident-Sensitive Access
Resident liaison built in. Appointment confirmation, identity verification, considerate visit conduct and multilingual support where needed.

Common Questions
What programme size can Strata deliver?
Our standard delivery range is 50 to 1,500 properties per programme. We have completed a 400+ property deployment in London and have capacity to scale beyond this through phased mobilisation.
How quickly can you mobilise on a new contract?
From signed instruction, we typically mobilise within 5 to 10 working days. Resident notification timelines often dictate the start; we work with your communications team to compress this where possible.
What insurances and accreditations do you carry?
Strata carries Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance appropriate to programme value. Accreditations include NICEIC, TrustMark, Elmhurst, ECMK, Quidos, Sterling and PAS 2035 alignment. Verification details available on request.
Do you work outside London?
Yes. London and the South East are our core delivery region, with capability extending into Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the wider M25/M40/M11 corridor. Larger nationwide programmes considered on a case-by-case basis.
How do you handle access for occupied properties?
We operate a structured resident engagement workflow — written appointment notice, telephone confirmation, no-access protocols, considerate visit conduct and follow-up rebooking. Access rates above 85% on first attempt are typical.
What data formats do you deliver?
We deliver in CSV, XLSX, JSON or direct integration to Keystone, Northgate, Civica and similar asset management systems. Custom field mapping and validation rules are agreed at briefing stage.
Can you provide a sample report before contract?
Yes. We provide redacted sample reports, data extracts and dashboard examples on request as part of the procurement process.
