Strata Surveying & Retrofit Ltd was founded in 2019 with a simple mission: deliver reliable, high-quality surveying services without the bureaucracy and delays that plague larger firms.
Starting as a specialist EPC and EICR provider for London landlords, we’ve grown into a full-service surveying and retrofit partner — trusted by main contractors, housing associations, councils and private clients across London and beyond.
What makes us different? We built our own custom Survey Programme Management System to deliver at scale — proven on a real 400+ property programme. We combine EPC and stock condition surveys in a single tenant visit. And we hold accreditations with all four EPC bodies, so we can work on every major funding scheme.
