Certificates are supplied with every PQQ response and on request. Our surveying business is declared as survey-only (domestic RdSAP EPCs, stock condition and PAS 2035 assessments); electrical installation work is delivered under our NICEIC registration.

What we do not claim
We do not hold non-domestic EPC (NDEA), new-build SAP, Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator, HHSRS or Fire Risk Assessment qualifications, and we do not present them as services. If your programme needs them, we will say so at scoping and work alongside the professional you appoint.
