How quickly can you mobilise a programme?
From contract signature, your programme is live in our system and your client dashboard is active within 48 hours. Scheduling begins immediately.
What accreditations do you hold for ECO4 and Warm Homes Plan?
Strata holds accreditations with Elmhurst Energy, ECMK, Quidos and Sterling — all accepted for ECO4, Warm Homes Plan and Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund programmes.
What is your SLA for EPC and stock condition survey delivery?
EPC reports are issued within 8 working days of survey completion. Stock condition survey reports within 12 working days. Both commitments are written into our subcontracts.
How many properties can you survey per week?
At current capacity, Strata delivers 80—100 surveys per week. For larger programmes requiring rapid scale-up, capacity planning is discussed at tender stage.
What happens when a tenant is not home?
Every failed visit is logged same day with the reason recorded. Rescheduling is initiated within 24 hours. The exception is visible on your client dashboard immediately — nothing disappears.
