With the schedule and access requirements agreed we confirm surveyor allocation and a weekly run-rate before mobilisation, and the live dashboard shows your site team which addresses are assessed and ready for design.

Installation gangs cannot start until homes are assessed, and a Retrofit Coordinator cannot design from missing or inconsistent data.

PAS 2035 Assessments Ahead of Your Measures

Warm Homes funded works require a PAS 2035:2023 retrofit assessment before design. Our Level 3 assessors capture the dwelling, ventilation and occupancy assessments with RdSAP modelling and measured floor plans, and hand your Coordinator lodgement-ready files. Where the client also needs a stock condition record or EPC, we capture it on the same visit.
